These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("you", "your", or "User") and CLICKSOFTGROUP LLC ("Rankyfy", "we", "us", or "our") regarding your use of Rankyfy.

By creating an account, accessing the website, purchasing a subscription, connecting a third-party integration, installing a Rankyfy browser extension, or otherwise using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms.

If you use Rankyfy on behalf of a company, agency, organization, or other legal entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

Rankyfy is a software platform providing SEO, website analysis, keyword research, rank tracking, AI-powered SEO and visibility features, reporting, integrations, browser-extension functionality, and related digital tools.

The exact features available to you may depend on your account, subscription plan, workspace configuration, connected services, geographic availability, and technical limitations.

You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to use Rankyfy.

If you access Rankyfy on behalf of an organization, you must have the authority to accept these Terms on its behalf.

Rankyfy is not intended to be used by individuals who are prohibited from receiving or using the Services under applicable law.

Certain features require you to create an account. You agree to provide accurate and reasonably current information and to keep your account information updated.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for activities performed through your account, except where an unauthorized activity results from Rankyfy's failure to apply reasonable security measures.

You must promptly notify Rankyfy if you believe your account has been compromised, accessed without authorization, or used in violation of these Terms.

You agree to use Rankyfy only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

You must not:

• Use the Services for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or deceptive activities.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts, systems, APIs, infrastructure, or data.
• Interfere with or disrupt the security, availability, or performance of the Services.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive source code from the Services except where applicable law expressly permits it.
• Bypass rate limits, usage limits, authentication controls, subscription restrictions, or other technical safeguards.
• Use automated methods to abuse or overload the Services.
• Upload malicious code, malware, viruses, or other harmful material.
• Use Rankyfy to infringe intellectual-property, privacy, publicity, or other rights of another person or organization.
• Resell or redistribute Rankyfy functionality except under an expressly authorized plan or written agreement.

Rankyfy may process website URLs, pages, keywords, search-related information, technical SEO information, rankings, performance information, and other data submitted or authorized by you to provide SEO features.

You represent that you have the necessary rights or authorization to submit or analyze websites, domains, content, keywords, or other information through the Services.

SEO metrics, rankings, recommendations, estimated traffic, search visibility information, and similar outputs may change over time and may not be complete or perfectly accurate.

Rankyfy may offer Google Sign-In and integrations with Google services or APIs, depending on the features enabled for your account.

When you connect a Google account, you authorize Rankyfy to access only the Google data and permissions required for the functionality you choose, subject to the permissions displayed during authorization.

You may disconnect or revoke Google access through the relevant Google account controls and, where available, through Rankyfy.

Google services are provided by Google and may be subject to Google's own terms, policies, availability, and technical limitations.

Rankyfy may provide Facebook/Meta Login and Meta advertising integrations, including functionality related to Meta Business accounts, advertising accounts, campaigns, ad sets, advertisements, reporting, and advertising performance.

When you connect Meta services, you authorize Rankyfy to access the permissions and data necessary for the selected functionality.

You are responsible for ensuring that you have the authority to connect and manage any Meta Business or advertising assets you connect to Rankyfy.

Meta services are provided by Meta and remain subject to Meta's own terms, policies, permissions, and availability.

Rankyfy may integrate with third-party services, including authentication, analytics, payment, cloud, AI, advertising, search, and other providers.

Your use of a third-party service may be governed by that provider's separate terms and policies. Rankyfy does not control third-party services and is not responsible for changes, outages, limitations, or policies imposed by those providers.

Where an integration requires authorization from you, you are responsible for reviewing the permissions and terms presented by the third-party provider before connecting the service.

Rankyfy may provide AI-powered features for SEO analysis, recommendations, content analysis, content generation, visibility analysis, reporting, and related functionality.

AI-generated results are provided as assistance and may contain errors, omissions, outdated information, or recommendations that require human review.

You must not use Rankyfy's AI features to generate or distribute unlawful, harmful, fraudulent, defamatory, infringing, or otherwise prohibited material.

Rankyfy may provide browser extensions that interact with supported websites or browser functionality.

By installing or using an extension, you agree to the applicable extension permissions and these Terms. Extension functionality may change as browsers, websites, APIs, or Rankyfy features change.

You may uninstall a Rankyfy browser extension at any time through your browser's extension-management controls.

Some Rankyfy features may require a paid subscription or other form of payment.

Subscription prices, billing periods, included usage, feature availability, limits, and plan terms are presented at the time of purchase or within the applicable Rankyfy interface.

Unless otherwise stated, a subscription may automatically renew according to the billing interval selected during purchase. You authorize the applicable payment provider to process recurring charges where automatic renewal is enabled.

Rankyfy does not intentionally store complete payment-card information in cookies or browser storage. Payment processing may be handled by third-party payment providers.

If a subscription payment fails, is reversed, remains pending, or cannot be collected, Rankyfy may retry the payment through the applicable payment provider, send billing notices, restrict paid features, downgrade the account, suspend the subscription, or take other reasonable actions permitted by the applicable plan terms.

You are responsible for maintaining valid payment information and resolving billing issues associated with your subscription.

Cancellation and refund eligibility depends on the applicable subscription plan, purchase terms, promotional terms, and applicable law.

Unless otherwise stated, cancelling a subscription generally stops future renewal but does not automatically create a refund for previously charged periods.

If you believe you were charged incorrectly, contact Rankyfy support with the relevant billing details so the issue can be reviewed.

Rankyfy and its software, interfaces, branding, designs, documentation, logos, trademarks, features, and other original materials are owned by or licensed to CLICKSOFTGROUP LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

Except for the limited right to use the Services under these Terms, no ownership rights are transferred to you.

You retain rights in content and information that you lawfully submit to Rankyfy, subject to the licenses and permissions reasonably necessary for Rankyfy to provide the Services.

You may submit website information, keywords, documents, text, configurations, account connections, advertising information, and other content through the Services.

You represent that you have the rights, permissions, and lawful authority required for Rankyfy to process that information for the purposes described in the Privacy Policy and these Terms.

You remain responsible for the accuracy, legality, quality, and appropriateness of the content and data you provide.

Rankyfy aims to provide reliable Services but does not guarantee that the Services will always be available, uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every device, browser, website, API, or third-party service.

We may modify, add, remove, suspend, or discontinue features from time to time, including when necessary for security, legal, technical, operational, or product reasons.

Rankyfy may apply rate limits, quotas, request limits, usage limits, concurrency limits, storage limits, or other technical restrictions to protect system reliability and fair access.

Attempts to circumvent these restrictions may result in temporary or permanent limitation of access.

Rankyfy may suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect the Services, users, third-party services, or Rankyfy's legal or contractual interests.

Reasons may include:

• Violation of these Terms.
• Fraudulent or abusive activity.
• Security threats or unauthorized access attempts.
• Non-payment or unresolved billing issues.
• Requests or restrictions from third-party platforms.
• Legal or regulatory requirements.

You may stop using Rankyfy and request account deletion subject to the applicable account and subscription terms.

When an account or subscription is terminated, access to paid or account-specific features may cease.

Termination does not automatically eliminate obligations that by their nature should continue, including provisions concerning intellectual property, payment obligations, disclaimers, limitations of liability, dispute provisions, and other continuing rights and obligations.

Your use of Rankyfy is also governed by the Rankyfy Privacy Policy, which explains how Rankyfy collects, uses, stores, shares, protects, and deletes personal information and data obtained through supported third-party integrations.

Some Rankyfy features depend on third-party platforms such as Google and Meta. Those platforms may change APIs, permissions, quotas, authentication requirements, review requirements, policies, or availability.

Rankyfy may modify or restrict an integration when required to comply with third-party platform requirements or when an integration is no longer technically available.

Rankyfy provides tools and information intended to assist with SEO, website analysis, search visibility, advertising management, reporting, and related activities.

Rankyfy does not guarantee specific search rankings, traffic, leads, conversions, advertising performance, revenue, business results, or other commercial outcomes.

Search engines, advertising platforms, competitors, market conditions, algorithms, user behavior, website changes, and other external factors can affect results.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Services are provided on an "as available" and "as is" basis.

Rankyfy does not warrant that the Services will meet every particular requirement, operate without interruption, or produce completely accurate or error-free results.

Information and recommendations generated by Rankyfy should not be treated as legal, financial, medical, or other professional advice.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, CLICKSOFTGROUP LLC and its affiliates, officers, employees, contractors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, business opportunities, or anticipated savings arising from or related to use of the Services.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable law.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless CLICKSOFTGROUP LLC and its affiliates, officers, employees, contractors, and service providers from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses arising from your unlawful use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, your infringement of third-party rights, or content/data you submit without the required authorization.

You should not submit confidential or highly sensitive information to Rankyfy unless the relevant feature is specifically designed to receive that information and the applicable documentation or agreement permits it.

Where a separate written confidentiality agreement exists between you and Rankyfy, that agreement will govern confidential information to the extent of any conflict.

Rankyfy may send service-related communications concerning account security, authentication, subscriptions, billing, integrations, product functionality, legal notices, and other necessary operational matters.

Marketing communications, where used, may be managed according to applicable law and available unsubscribe controls.

We may update these Terms when our Services, business practices, third-party integrations, security requirements, or legal obligations change.

When material changes are made, Rankyfy may provide additional notice where appropriate. The latest version will be published on this page with an updated effective or last-updated date.

Your continued use of the Services after an updated version becomes effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

These Terms will be governed by the applicable laws specified in any written agreement between you and CLICKSOFTGROUP LLC. Where no separate agreement specifies governing law or venue, applicable law and jurisdiction will be determined in accordance with the mandatory legal requirements applicable to the parties and transaction.

Nothing in this section prevents a party from seeking urgent injunctive or equitable relief where legally available.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision will be interpreted or limited to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue in effect.

Failure to enforce any provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of the right to enforce that provision later.

These Terms, together with applicable subscription terms, product-specific terms, the Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and any separate written agreement between you and Rankyfy, constitute the applicable agreement concerning your use of the Services.
